Make sure you join the SfNIRS group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/SfNIRS/
This group was only formed 3 weeks ago but already has 180+ members.
This is a great place to announce upcoming events, job openings, and discuss topics related to fNIRS. It is also a great place to announce publication of your latest results. Many journals make this easy to do as they provide a “share to Facebook” link write from the table of contents entry for your paper.
There is also a lot of #fnirs activity on twitter. Make sure to follow it. Note that the #fnirs twitter feed can be browsed on the right hand side of sfnirs.org
