New fNIRS software toolboxes

Sungho Tak released an fNIRS toolbox update for the NIR-SPM software. It is freely available for download.
The updated version of the toolbox  includes (i) motion artifact/physiological noise correction, (ii) multiple basis functions for modelling canonical hemoglobin responses, (iii) temporal correlation estimation (pre-whitening), and (iv) user interface enhancements over previous versions. Please see the manual for more details.  The toolbox has been updated in collaboration with Ippeita Dan(dan AT jichi.ac.jp): spatial registration, Felix Scholkmann(Felix.Scholkmann AT usz.ch): motion artifact correction, William Penny (w.penny AT ucl.ac.uk): mathematical framework.  If you have any specific queries, please contact an author of the toolbox.

Ted Huppert has announced the public release of their new Matlab-based toolbox for fNIRS. The toolbox incorporates all of the lab’s newest innovations including statistical analysis methods for single subject and group level models, mixed effects and ANOVA models, image reconstruction, and functional connectivity analysis.
