Pepe Dan and Mari have formed the fNIRS2020 Program Committee. Thanks everyone for accepting the invitation! Together with the program committee we are finalizingthe selection of invited speaker line-up and the conference program. We have sent out letters for financial support to several companies. A few have already paid and several have committed to sponsoring our events. Exhibitor space is now officially SOLD OUT. We have started a waiting list and we are trying to find additional space for exhibitors. Contact Stacey or Mari if you are interested. The list of current sponsors can be found at fnirs2020.org/sponsors-and-exhibitors
We received 25 proposals for mini-courses, which demonstrates how active and involved this community is. The Educational Committee will consider the proposals and determine how many we can accommodate. Thanks to everyone who submitted!!! We expect to open registration in early 2020.
Finally, please contact us ASAP if you want to attend the conference and need to apply for a visa in advance. You will need you to submit an abstract with your request and send us your Curriculum Vitae.
