The following information is needed for reporting purposes for SfNIRS’s funding grants. Your answer is greatly appreciated, but not required.

Conference registration Payment

In-person registration includes access to all presentation, coffee breaks, lunch, and reception. It also includes access to all virtual components.

Virtual only registration includes live-streaming zoom access to the conference and chat.

Virtual conference only registration
Registering for the main conference automatically give access to the virtual conference -no need to double book-. If your SfNIRS membership expires before October 19, 2026 to access the conference you will have to renew your membership or pay the non-members fee surcharges. Postdoctoral fellows pay the regular fee. Students must provide a letter from their advisor confirming student status.
Payment Social Event. Tickets will not be sold at the venue. Under 21 not admitted.
Social Event will be on October 18 2026. Site TBA. The nominal fee is required for planning purposes.
