fNIRS 2022 Exhibitor Room dates and hours are:
Monday Oct 10/Tuesday Oct 11 – 8 am to 6 pm.
Wednesday Oct 12 8 am to 5 pm.

You are welcome to be present during any/all of this timeframe. There will be a set up window of time on Sunday Oct 9, official time will between 2-5 pm, you must be done by 5:00. We will be able to move items into a locked room adjacent to the Exhibitor Room overnight. Your exhibit space allocation is the 6 ft table area, you will be limited in adjacent space to display other items so please keep this in mind when planning your exhibit as we are not a traditional trade show/convention and were only able to offer minimal space to exhibit.

The exhibit tables and posters are in the same room, encouraging foot traffic.

***Reminder that exhibitor room passes do not cover lunches, meeting room entry or social events. You will need to register as an attendee or add Platinum or Gold Sponsorship for all access.

If you are arranging your own delivery:
The George Sherman Union has a loading dock and a side door on University Rd, which is on the corner of 775 Commonwealth Ave and University Rd. Commonwealth Ave is a very busy road, but Sunday and Monday should be relatively quiet since it weekend and holiday. You can temporarily park on University Rd to drop off and then you can park for the duration of the conference at Agganis Arena Parking Garage 925 Commonwealth Ave (12 min walk to George Sherman Union).
