📣 Join us for the next SfNIRS Research Webinar: “Real-Time Applications of fNIRS: Neurofeedback and Brain-Computer Interfaces” 📣
fNIRS is moving beyond offline analysis into real-time applications. Neurofeedback and brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) represent two of the most exciting frontiers in this space, yet signal processing and system design challenges are involved in taking measurements “live”.
This research webinar will provide an accessible introduction to real-time fNIRS: how signals are processed and classified on the fly, the core principles behind neurofeedback protocols and BCI control systems, and the key challenges around latency, artifact correction, and reliability.
We are delighted to welcome Franziska Klein and Jamila Akhter, who will introduce their work on neurofeedback and BCI applications, respectively. Following the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to join an interactive discussion and Q&A with both speakers.
